Finding your motivation.

What motivates you? When you open your eyes in the morning, what excites you and gets you going for the day? Is it the job you love, your family, your gorgeous dog or simply because you jump expectantly out of bed every morning?

“Something beautiful is going to happen today”

Everyone has that special little spark inside them that is just burning so brightly you can’t help but chase after it.

My motivation for eating well is to help manage my endometriosis. The reason I get so excited about exercise now where I didn’t before is because I want to feel stronger, I love seeing the results and I want to be in the best shape I can be in at 35 and into the future.

You may be wondering what your little spark is. It may be simply being present in the moment, going for a walk with your loved ones and enjoying time together. No distractions, no screen time, your friend laughing as you talk about that funny time when…

For you it could be getting out into nature, away from it all, listening to the breeze gently through the leaves, the birds singing, sunlight dancing on the flowers, cool air on your skin. Calming, relaxing, no expectations.

No dead lines, no pressure. Just peace and calm.

Or it could be that you want to be strong, you might want to be able to keep up with the kids, overcome that belief you’ve held for too long that it’s too hard, too difficult and you just can’t , or you may want to feel fitter walking up the stairs at work and not so tired when you get home after a long day.

You might want to nourish your body because you believe it’s a gift and you’re keen to start and you know what healthy food is but you’re not sure how to make it part of your lifestyle, but you’re ready.

Or maybe you don’t know and you’re not sure but you really want to learn and you’d love to find out what those a├žai bowls are really all about and what’s with those nourish bowls anyway?

Can I really incorporate more fruit and veggies into my day? I would absolutely love to.

You’re ready to make a change, you’re ready to discover your little spark. It’s yours, just for you. It’s what gets you up in the morning. It’s what fills your pantry and fridge with wholesome nutritious, gorgeous food. It makes you tie up the laces on your runners and step out the door. It’s your spark, your motivation and it’s beautiful.
